Immersed in the lush rainforest of Kuranda, this retreat will empower you to bring yoga and meditation into your daily life. You'll come away from this retreat with your own simple but powerful yoga routine to practice at home, as well as the tools and knowledge to include meditation into your daily practice, and more awareness into your life.

A weekend to explore yoga, meditation, breathwork and raw plant based living.

You will come away from this weekend with a simple yet powerful yoga practice. Helping you become healthier, fitter, stronger & more flexible. Finding rest, relaxation and feeling centred at all times.

Exploring   MEDITATION
Exploring different meditation styles and techniques, naturally finding what works for you, so you can implement a simple, yet  profound practice in your life. Helping you to feel more grounded, relaxed, confident, and giving you the tools to keep working on yourself from the subconscious level.

Exploring   BREATHWORK
The breath is one of the most powerful transformative tools we have to access our essence and potential. We will be using breathwork techniques to reach deep states of consciousness, while alkalising the body.
Breathwork uses the breath to clear unresolved issues and limiting beliefs that are standing in the way of us reaching our potential. Allowing our fulfilment of dreams and feeling alive, happy, inspired and connected to the whole..

Exploring  RAW VEGAN DIET
For those of you that aren’t familiar with the raw food diet, it revolves around the principle that no food is heated above 45 degrees. Think no microwaves, ovens, or cooking on the stove top. This preserves the “life force” of a food. Raw foods are packed with enzymes and more nutrients as a result. Many are also easier to digest because enzymes help aid in digestion.
You get to experience what it is like to eat ‘all raw’ for a weekend, how yummy and satisfying it can be, and how good it can make you feel, inspiring you to implement more raw goodness in your life.


Immersed in the tranquil beauty of the Kuranda rainforest we will be winding down from the stresses of modern daily life and recharge body, mind and spirit, learning a sequence of simple yoga postures to strengthen the body while quieting the mind, alternating with going within a little deeper, exploring a multitude of meditation techniques helping you develop your own daily practise.

Every part of the retreat is voluntary and participants may choose to not partake in some of the material we cover, however you will get the most out of our time together if you choose to experience it all ☺ 


The days will look somewhat like this:

Friday
5:30pm Arrive

6pm - 6:30pm - Greetings
6:30pm - 8pm - Dinner 
and welcome words
8pm - 9:30pm Wind down yoga and meditation
9:30pm - Suggested time to go to bed.

Saturday
7am Guided mindfulness walk around Fairyland Gardens
8am - 10am Introduction toYoga workshop

10am - 11am Breakfast juice
11am - 12:30pm Introduction to Meditation
12:30pm - 3pm Lunch and free time
3pm - 4:30pm Yoga flow
4:30pm - Sunset Free time
Sunset - Dinner
Evening - ??? ☺ !!!

7am Mindfulness walk
8am - 10:00am Yoga flow
10:00am - 11:00am Breakfast juice
11:00am - 12:30am Meditation / Breathwork
12:30pm - 1:30pm Free time and lunch
1:30pm - 3:30pm Reflection and closing ceremony
